Technical Records Coordinator - Permanent - Hampshire

Shorterm Group are currently working with an MRO who are looking to employ an experienced Aircraft Technical Records Coordinator who must possess strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to prioritise their workload effectively.

The role is office based and you must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel as well using the Internet to access various Aircraft Manufacturer Portal's for AMM's, Service Bulletins etc.

The role includes all administrative aspects of the company's day to day technical services functions to provide services in accordance with the company's Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), the regulations produced by EASA, the UK CAA and other applicableRegulatory Authorities under whose registers the company maintains aircraft.


Responsibilities:

*Assisting with Maintenance programme validation and amendments.
*Updating and recording the aircraft and component work cards from maintenance work packs
*Inputting data from maintenance paperwork into the relevant software
*The review and post processing of completed tasks/work packs for creation of any additional certification documents required such as Certificates of Release and Log Book Certificates. Scanning, safe storage and shipping of such documentation to clients.
*Assisting with maintenance programme Validation and amendments.
*Managing and archiving all technical records
*Distributing the up-to-date maintenance data
*Liaising with Maintenance teams and Engineers on issues related to the aircraft
*Monitoring the aircraft and maintenance records for compliance with requirements
*Closely cooperating with the members of the Continuous Airworthiness department


Experience:

*Relevant experience in technical recording;
*Experience in aviation
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Diligent, with a methodical approach to their work.
*Must already have the right to work in the UK.
40 hours per week
Mon-Friday
