A new opportunity has arisen for a Ground Worker to work for a national contractor on a permanent basis. You will be required to complete maintenance works within communal areas in Essex.The successful Ground Worker must be willing to travel however youthe aim will be to keep you as local to your home as possible.
Salary:
£36,000 per annum
The successful Ground Worker:
- Fencing works
- Paving/slabbing works
- Installing bollards
- Brickwork
- Epoxy resin repairs
- Tiling
- Minor roofing works
- Paths repair/replacements
- Rendering & tarmac repairs
- Be customer focused
- Have social housing experience
- Have a DBS Check
