Castlefield Recruitment are currently working with a well established NHS organisation in London to recruit a Senior Contract Manager.

The organisation are offering an attractive salary starting at £55,000 and a generous package including a lucrative pension scheme, 27 days holiday plus bank holidays and an study support

The organisation operates a hybrid working pattern, with a requirement to be on site 3 times per week in one of the offices across South London.

The role:

Provide strategic commercial contract management services for key supplier contracts, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement, contract compliance and contract performance management
Influence and engage with stakeholders and suppliers to maximise value
Develop a wide understanding of the market within which the contracts sit understanding and leveraging key developments, supplier capability and spend profiles
Identify and develop opportunities for strategic supplier partnerships supporting longterm highquality service delivery and cost reduction initiatives
Work alongside the Contracts team to maximise contract compliance across the category, reengineering systems and processes where necessary
Produce monthly reports for the General Manager
Category and Contracts as to the Key Performance Indicators, including supplier performance and quality

The person:

You will have extensive contract management experience within the Public or Private Sector
Expertise within contract lifecycle management and a track record managing customer/supplier relationships
Strong data analysis skills
