Description
Our client, a global market leader, is offering a fantastic opportunity to join the team as a Service Coordinator.

A key role in the organisation, providing an efficient service to customers.

Working closely with external sales teams to promote technical services and support with the uptake of additional products and services.


This is a people focused role, where you can really input with your own suggestions and ideas of future improvements.


Responsibilities:


  • Understand customer needs, maintaining relationships, being the first point of contact.
  • Manage diaries for engineers and allocate work on SAP.
  • Create and supply customer estimates and notifications and ensure all estimates are followed up.
  • Create vendors and purchase orders as required.
  • Process returns, service orders, dispatch and invoices.

Ideally you will have:


  • Knowledge of the SAP system
  • Adapt to change and present new ideas.
  • Scheduling or planning experience.
  • People focused and offer excellent customer service.
  • Ideally from a logistics or manufacturing background

Salary:
£32,000.00 per year

  • Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
