Role Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Senior Supply Chain Manager to ensure the loading of Serviced apartments suppliers and their buildings onto website
  • Management Suppliers of Serviced Apartments
  • Negotiation of rates with Suppliers
  • Supplier Management via quality checks & regular customer feedback
  • Analyzing and Reporting of productivity for year on year development
  • Ensure that: Defined SLA (Service Level Agreements) are made between serviced apartment suppliers
  • Manage inventory & search results
  • Maintain a high level of customer service as a core value of
  • Arranging shipment and handling the inbound and outbound warehouse traffic
  • Addressing problems with order flow or shipping delays and qualitycontrol issues
  • Liaise with both customers and suppliers (oversea suppliers, shipping, logistics and freight companies, etc.)
  • Weekly and end of the month "Stock" increase
  • Provide and maintain good customer service and solve issues if they arise
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with multiple departments
  • Support the implementation of best standards in supply chain and customer service activities
  • Some travel may required
  • Strong organizational skills, with proven strengths in administration
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to perform well without close supervision and a team player
  • Highly organized, selfmotivated, hardworking and efficient in time management
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure and work to tight deadlines
