Capital Projects - Document Controller

Starting salary from £24,745

Up to 5% bonus

Permanent contract

Located in Thorpe Park (Leeds)

Role Purpose. We have an exciting opportunity for
Document Controller to join the Capital Projects and Maintenance Team. The role will provide support to the Capital Projects Investment and Delivery teams through the administering of the Integrated Management System and providing administrative support to the team on procurement and delivery activities.


Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • The controlled receiving and distributing of information through the Capital Projects team and with external suppliers
  • Ensuring that the team are compliant with the IMS (Integrated Management System) procedures through auditing and reporting
  • Supporting the Senior Management Team through collation of MI based on performance across the team
  • Supporting the Capital Projects team with G17 administration
  • Managing the storing of hard and digital data within the archives
  • Supporting the Capital Projects team with SAP updates and procurement activities
  • Supporting the Capital Projects team with meeting administration

Qualifications required

Essential

  • Intermediate to Advanced Skills in MS Office specifically Excel as well as PDF documents
  • Very good attention to detail and strong ability to identify errors
  • Ability to enforce compliance rules and regulations
  • Excellent Communication Required
  • Auditing procedures and carrying out of audits/inspections

Preferred

  • Knowledge and Experience in Capital Projects Databook System and Project Documentation
  • Auditing procedures and carrying out of audits/inspections
