THE ROLE - Reception Supervisor

As a Reception Supervisor, you'll need to be a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences. Your strong organisational skills will enable you to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising the activities of the reception team, ensuring that all guests are welcomed and attended to promptly.
Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively liaise with both guests and team members, ensuring a positive and collaborative work environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the face of F1 Arcade
- Welcome the Guests and Staff with a strong sense of positivity.
- Managing the greeting and seating of all our guests.
- Answering phones, making bookings, recording messages and returning phone calls.
- Ensure preorders are preprepared before each booking and briefing all the staff.
- Monitored the necessary arrangement for the VIP guests
- Provide helpful information to guests to prepare them for the visit.
- Work alongside the sales and events team on venue showcasing.
- Experience gained using the booking system, registering and sending copies and reports.
- To have a good knowledge and understanding of all food and drink menus and packages and to ensure the best service for our guests.
- To communicate with the relevant departments and managers regarding any problems or issues with bookings/enquiries / preorders and sims issues
- Supervising reception staff
- Deliver bestinclass training and development plans
- Supervising the operations of events and tending to any incidents or queries
- Communicating and enforcing all security regulations and protocols.
- Ensure reception teams are trained on both desk duties and

SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
- At least two years' experience in a supervisory or managerial position in a highvolume establishment.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in stressful situations.
- Sound knowledge of safety measures
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Very good written and verbal communication skills
- Good computer skills, knowledge of booking system software, Collins preferred
