Part-Time Caretaker
**About us:
- **WDR is a boutique learning and development provider with over 50 years' experience of developing tailored learning solutions for its customers. We're a small close-knit team who share a passion for helping people to unlock their potential.


Located on the edge of Horsham Park, and just a five-minute walk into the town centre, the office building consists of multiple training suites and meeting rooms which can accommodate between 6 to 40 people.

**About you:
- **We are looking for a reliable, responsible and trustworthy individual with a positive can-do attitude, to join our team and make sure our facilities are always looking their best.

**About the role:
- **Part-time hours:1 hour each morning Monday
  • Friday 07:4 08:45 opening and preparing the office for the day handover to the team
1.5 hours at the end of each day, 5 days a week Monday to Friday 17:00 - 18:30 ad hoc tasks and closing the office

Duties to include general caretaking tasks such as:

  • Opening and Locking the building
  • Daytoday maintenance of the facilities
  • Minor repairs
  • Preparing the premises for the following day

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 12.5 per week


Salary:
Up to £13.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
