At Scope Property Services we undertake commercial fit-out, refurbishment and renovation projects. Operating as a main contractor, we work throughout London and the Home Counties.

We are now seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of projects up to £500K. The role is based at our office in Feltham, with regular travel to client site as required.

This is a great opportunity to manage a variety of private and public sector projects, working with autonomy in a supportive SME environment.

Key requirements:

• 3 years+ experience as a site/project manager for a main contractor
• Proven track record of delivering fitout/refurbishment projects
• Sound knowledge of construction processes and building contracts
• Construction related degree or vocational qualification (at least NVQ level 3), with relevant CSCS card
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office and MS Project
• Valid UK driving licence
• Commuting distance of Feltham
