London/Flexible/Remote
£55,000-£75,000**
THE COMPANY:The company is a rapidly growing UK-based Online Estate Agency. They are disrupting the traditional high street agencies by eradicating the unnecessary cost of high street shop fronts and delivering a great online experience for its customers for a fairfixed fee.


THE ROLE:

The successful Data Engineer will work with a data team to implement data, reporting, and dashboard solutions.

You can expect to be involved in:

  • Query optimisation, stored procedures, data cleansing & data scrubbing.
  • Developing data extraction, transformation, and database design.
  • Data integration and transformation.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

The successful Data Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

  • Excellent level of proficiency in SQL.
  • Experience with ETL, Warehousing & Data prep.
  • Experience in pulling data from external sources in various formats.
  • Experience with Redshift, Postgres (or similar).
  • Familiar with Data Visualisation tools: ideally PowerBI or similar.
  • Capable of writing complex queries.
  • Experience with data modeling techniques (ideally Star Schema, 3NF).
