A privately owned specialist Property Asset Management firm are seeking an Assistant Facilities Manager to join their team based in London.


As a business they pride themselves in offering the highest standard of service to their prestigious clients and occupiers across Central London.


This position will work closely with the Senior FM and Head of FM and will be based on-site at one of their flagship central London office buildings.

Assistant Facilities Manager requirements:

  • Commercial Facilities Management experience.
  • IOSH qualification is preferred (NEBOSH is desirable).
  • Excellent client and customer facing skills.
  • Good understanding of M&E systems and the RICS Code of Practice for Service Charges.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of property management software systems.
  • Positive attitude to continual development and learning.
