Oakham School are seeking to appoint an Employee Relations Partner to join a busy and vibrant department.The Employee Relations Partner will support all School line managers in all management processes within the employee lifecycle.
Principal areas within this role are:
- Case work
- liaising with employees and managers on areas of Concerns, Complaints, Performance, Disciplinary etc.
- Recruitment
- In line with KCSIE requirements, providing support on the endtoend recruitment processes as required.
- Supporting Process Improvements e.g. attendance levels across the School.
- Supporting Health and Wellbeing
- Developing the Workforce.
