Description

Oakham School are seeking to appoint an Employee Relations Partner to join a busy and vibrant department.

The Employee Relations Partner will support all School line managers in all management processes within the employee lifecycle.

Principal areas within this role are:

Case work
liaising with employees and managers on areas of Concerns, Complaints, Performance, Disciplinary etc.

Recruitment

In line with KCSIE requirements, providing support on the endtoend recruitment processes as required.
Supporting Process Improvements e.g. attendance levels across the School.
Supporting Health and Wellbeing
Developing the Workforce.

This is a great opportunity to enable someone in a current HR role to grow and develop.
