Description
Oakham School are seeking to appoint an Employee Relations Partner to join a busy and vibrant department.

The Employee Relations Partner will support all School line managers in all management processes within the employee lifecycle.

Principal areas within this role are:

  • Case work
  • liaising with employees and managers on areas of Concerns, Complaints, Performance, Disciplinary etc.


  • Recruitment

  • In line with KCSIE requirements, providing support on the endtoend recruitment processes as required.
  • Supporting Process Improvements e.g. attendance levels across the School.
  • Supporting Health and Wellbeing
  • Developing the Workforce.
This is a great opportunity to enable someone in a current HR role to grow and develop.
