As a leading worldwide supplier to the Accessible Vehicle Market, Koller are seeking a CNC, Operator to help cope with increasing demand.

Overview:

This is a varied role, mainly operating CNC milling and drilling machines, but operation of manual machines and deburring is also required.

You will be able to:

Perform any tasks necessary to operate machines to produce components to a high standard prior to plating / assembly.

Handle the physical tasks involved, such as operating machinery, lifting and using hand tools as required for the task. You should also be able to work on your own and as part of a team.


Main Duties Include:

Operating CNC machines

Changing broken / worn tooling as required and reset tooling

Operating manual machines i.e. milling machine, lathe, band saw, circular saw etc.

Regular checking of components made by you against drawings and recording results onto Route Cards

Checking other operators "first-offs" against drawings and record results on Route Cards

Deburring components by most suitable method

Checking and refilling oil and coolant in machines as necessary

Removing swarf from machinery on a regular basis or as required

Ensuring all paper work is completed and up to date

Loading / unloading of materials and components

Completing any required paperwork as part of our ISO 9001 Quality Management System

Observing good general housekeeping standards

Adhering to all Company Health & Safety Policies

Any other duties relevant to the above position

Salary dependent on experience.
