This role will be a great position for a Finance Administrator looking to advance their knowledge and take on more responsibility.

It could also be the perfect new challenge for an enthusiastic finance professional who is looking for the right platform to build their career in finance.


Responsibilities:

Raising of all invoices to customers

Posting debit notes and credit notes onto customer accounts according to company policy and procedures

Resolving customer invoice, credit and deduction queries by liaising with customer, sales, order management and warehouse

Liaise with the credit controller and take on some elements of the credit control function

Regular reconciliation of sales ledger accounts

There will be opportunities to assist with some credit control duties including but not limited to posting and reconciling cash as needed


Skills/Experience:

Previous experience working in a similar role with finance exposure

General administration and filing within the Accounts department

Competent in using Excel.

Be able to confidently communicate via Telephone with customers
