Description

As the Personal Assistant to CEO and General Manager of TJ Services you will provide administration support to ensure the leadership team can effectively and efficiently run the business operations.

This is an exciting role where no two days are the same.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting Management
  • Ensuring agendas, premeeting material and actions collated, complete and issued ahead of meetings. Attendance, contribution, and minute taking at a variety of meetings, ensuring timely completion of post meeting actions.
  • Collation and production of internal weekly and monthly reports.
  • Preparation of internal and external communications on behalf of the Leadership team, where required liaising with internal and external communication teams.
  • Administrative support and assistance with additional duties such as, managing holidays, absence, recruitment and compliance records.
  • Assistance with tender submissions for all departments.
  • Monitor apprenticeship programmes and progress, also maintain relationships with local colleges.
  • Training management ensure all employees are up to date with mandatory training (elearnings). Liaise with scheduling coordinators to create schedules.
  • Assistant management of all departments mentoring and coaching administration. Encouraging necessary change and implementing new processes.
  • Assisting with disciplinary processes, reviews and appraisals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders for the business. (Suppliers/customers/councils/housing associations).
  • Adhoc administrative tasks

What do I need?
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Strong IT skills and knowledge of Office 365 suite
  • Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint and Teams as a minimum.
  • Great organisation skills including the ability to prioritise and manage complex schedules.
  • Interpersonal and listening skills to understand the needs of others.
  • Excellent organisation, presentation and writing skills with experience of producing reports, meeting packs etc.

Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • BRIDGEND: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
