Description

The post-holder will work autonomously with mínimal daily supervision.

He/she will support and lead on the delivery of the programme of work/projects/assignments as delegated by the Programme Manager and/or Project Managers.

They will undertake some or all of the following types of activities as and when required:

Supporting project managers and leading on a range of project activities including: Planning, monitoring and controlling projects using the PRINCE2 and other methodologies e.g.

Agile Ensuring the appropriate project governance is in place Monitoring and regularly reporting upon project progress Monitoring dependencies, risks, issues and divergence from project plans Generating contingency plans and recommendations Collating lessons learned Delegated responsibility for monitoring project budgets and spend ensuring projects remain within financial tolerances Delegated responsibility for the management of project resources e.g.

people including assignment of tasks and input into performance management
