We support our clients who have a variety of complex care needs and enable them to live independently within the community.

About The Role

We are currently recruiting for
Full & Part-Time FEMALE Support Workers to work with a lady who has Spinal Muscular Atrophy and Scoliosis.

She lives in her own home in the
Droitwich area. This lady has complex care needs and is fed via a PEG. She uses a BiPap and Nebulisers.

A Full
Driving Licence Essential.

About You

You will be friendly, approachable, reliable, and trustworthy and you will work well as part of a team, but also able to use your own initiative.

You will have excellent communication skills both verbally and written. You must be respectful and ensure you allow this lady to have her own personal space. You will be supporting her to maintain her independence and you will be observant, sensitive, and considerate. Previous experience and the ability to understand and deal with complex needs is desirable. Being registered on the DBS update service would be beneficial.

The shift times are as follows:
You will work on a rota basis, including weekdays and weekends to cover day shifts and waking night shifts.

Day shift: 9.00am 9.00pm
Waking Night shift: 9.00pm 9.00am

Non-smokers are preferred as this is a completely
Non-Smoking household.

An Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Check
will be required

Rates of Pay:
Up to
£17.00 per hour upon successful completion of competencies and training.
