We urgently require an experienced Administrator to work alongside our prestigious client based in Sutton.Requirements:

Attention to Detail:
- Accurate inputting to build import and export declarations.

- Ability to ensure the same defined processes are followed time and time again, to ensure the business complies with the transit procedures.
Good Communication & Engagement:
- You will need to interact with other teams within the operation, therefore good communication skills are very important.
High Professional Standards:
- Ability to closely follow written processes and rules, not deviating from these processes.
Good English and Maths (GCSE Grade C or Equivalent):
- Our declarations are generated in English language and it's important to ensure accurate handling of information when it comes to tax and duty calculations.
Excellent IT Skills
- Comfortable working on a computer throughout the day (Teams, Outlooks, Word, Excel, etc.).
There will be a range of customs roles to perform, including declaring goods for import and export; being responsible for the accurate recording and processing of arrivals and departures for free circulation goods and movements under the common transit convention; performing compliance checks in line with our authorisations.
Hours: 0900hrs to 1700hrs Mon to FriPay Rate:
£10.42 per hour PAYE Weekly paid plus Holiday Pay
Must be available for all shifts Monday to Friday until the 29th of December.
