Are you a Therapy Assistant, looking for a new challenge?

Service Care Solutions are recruiting for a Band 4 Therapy Assistant to work in the community in Liverpool. Contract duration is 3 months with the likelihood of extension.

Job Purpose:
Therapy Assistant

Pay Rate:
Up to £15.00 LTD p/h + £250 WELCOME BONUS

Location:
Lancashire

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:30-16:30 (Flexibility and Part - Time will be considered)

This role is supporting Physiotherapists and Occupational therapists to keep patients independent and mobile at home and prevent hospital admissions.

A thorough knowledge of rehab interventions and equipment provision is required

Key Responsibilities:

Helping patients in learning new exercises
Supporting patients in intermediate care base units.
Daily rehabilitation for patients who require inpatient rehab prior to returning home.
Assisting patients with mobility aid
Updating medical records
