White Horse Employment are pleased to be partnering exclusively with a local family run business with over 20 years' in the industry.
They are looking for a Helpdesk Coordinator to join their friendly team and support with managing the office.This role will include being the main point of contact overseeing the full daily deployment for the engineers.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Overseeing the workforce, allocating work to employees and managing their diaries.
- Updating all jobs on CRM system, ensuring the process runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Sending invoices.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience with scheduling in a professional environment
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Exceptional organisational and planning skills
- Ability to work independently

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
