About AdMarketplace adMarketplace is the leading native search media company connecting advertisers to consumers at the moment of intent We partner with leading publishers and brands to deliver high-performance search and native advertising solutions that drive measurable business outcomes The EU Account Management Team Our European team manages a growing portfolio of enterprise advertisers across multiple verticals and markets We focus on delivering strong performance against client KPIs while identifying scalable growth opportunities across our network The Role As an Account Specialist you will support the EU Account Management team by owning repeatable operational workflows across a portfolio of key advertisers This is a graduate level position designed to build a strong foundation in performance marketing and account management For the first 12–18 months your focus will be execution excellence ensuring campaigns launch smoothly pacing is accurate reporting is clear and internal processes run efficiently Your work will directly enable senior managers to focus on strategic growth revenue expansion and client development as the business scales toward its next phase of growth Progression within the role will be based on demonstrated mastery of core processes and consistent performance over time
