Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting a
Factory Cleaner for our client located in
Newton Aycliffe.
This is a varied role as per below:

Tasks and responsibilities:

To ensure that the offices, common areas and other sites (when needed) are cleaned to a high standard, in accordance with the agreed schedule and to be alert to any maintenance requirements
To ensure that the cleaning schedule is fully achieved when fully staffed
To ensure that maintenance issues are reported in writing to Warehouse Manager immediately
To ensure that meeting rooms are serviced in accordance with diarized requirements and that visitors to the Design Centre are looked after appropriately with visitors being welcomed, helped with refreshments and provided with any other assistance as required

To ensure that sufficient stocks of cleaning materials are to hand at all times so we do not run out of essential items.

To ensure that processing of incoming/outgoing post is completed in a timely, accurate and efficient manner with Incoming mail being distributed within 60 minutes of delivery by Royal Mail
All invoices scanned onto the system
Outgoing post ready for collection daily by 16.30 hrs
All copiers to be in working order (or any faults reported)
To provide support in the kitchen and canteen according to weekly schedule, and to cover for periods of holiday and other absence

There is a statutory duty to observe all health and safety rules and take all reasonable care to promote health and safety at work.

Besides HR department staff, the post holder will have regular working contact with all other company departments and directors as well as visitors to the company.

It is expected that good communication practices and the principles of customer delight will underpin the management of these relationships
You must be able to drive as you will be required to visit other sites
