Our lovely Client in Bradley Stoke is currently recruiting for a Client Services Administrator to carry out the following:

Job Summary
In this role you will be supporting the Clients Services team in day-to-day activity, on site in Bristol.


You will be part of a small team, reporting into the Client Account Directors, helping to ensure all contractual obligations are met and exceeded where possible.

This role is site based in Bristol Monday - Friday. An understanding of the industry is an advantage, but not critical. This role is an internal one, so it will not involve engagement with clients.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend Video Production Meetings twice daily, taking of actions and distributing to business owners
  • To monitor production status and ensure Corps in the factory are closed down
  • To liaise between internal departments in issue resolution
  • To assist with back off office admin
  • To run MI reports and supply to Client Services Teams
  • To assist in Invoice reconciliation
  • Good Microsoft Excel Skills is an advantage
  • Support the wider Client Services Team where required

Your working day may require a small amount of flexibility to your normal working hours.
