Regulatory Affairs Manager - Chemical Compliance
£50,000 - £60,000 DOE + package


Compass Life Science have partnered with one of the world's leading technological companies in their search to appoint a Regulatory Affairs manager focused on chemical compliance.

You will be key part of the Regulatory Affairs team, across the UK.

Our clientis a specialist leading developer and producer of highly engineered magnesium and zirconium materials, due to a hugely successful track record delivering excellence for their customers.

Knowledge and Experience
Managing SDS and label updates to comply with GB and EU changes
Managing ongoing EU REACH registrations
Preparing Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) pre-manufacturing notification for one new substance
Auditing US facility for compliance to TSCA
Devising the strategy map for UK REACH compliance
What you'll need to be considered for this Regulatory Affairs Manager (Chemical industry) role:
Experience dealing with Regulatory Bodies such as ECHA, HSE, EPA
REACH experience
Working knowledge of regulatory submissions in a chemical manufacturing environment from start to end including substance identification, ecotoxicological / toxicological testing, dossier preparation, life cycle analysis and submission
Experience strategy setting and using data for regulatory schemes for cost effective, on budget and on time strategy deployment
Ability to manage, develop and train a team of people
Experience managing external consultants
