As Transport Admin you will report directly to the Transport Manager and assist with all administrative duties that ensure a steady Transport operation can be run.

Page Personnel have partnered with a leading bulk logistics service provider with sites based all across the country. They are now looking to add a highly talented Transport Administrator to their team in Hythe.


Description
As Transport Admin you will report directly to the Transport Manager and can expect to have the following responsibilities:

  • Supporting drivers to use the HR & Payroll system to submit time sheets and additional paperwork
  • Authorising driver time sheets
  • Stock Control & ordering
  • Administration of Tachograph data
  • Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) administration
  • General administrative tasks

Profile
he successful Transport Admin will come with the following skill-set:

  • Previous experience with a Transport/Logistics environment is desired but not essential
  • Previous administrative experience required
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
