We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.


As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products or services to potential buyers.

Responsibilities:


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Provide product knowledge and information to customers
  • Actively listen to customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and courteously
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong customer focus with a friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively

Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£11.00-£13.50 per hour
