Description

Hotel security porter required to cover shift from 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm, will include some weekends as well as bank holidays, half-term. Hotel is open everyday

The duties will involve:
- demonstrating high level of customer service at all times,
- ensuring reception desk is manned at all times
- maintaining health and safety at all times
- responding to guests queries in a timely and efficient manner;
- acting in accordance with hotel policies and procedures
- assisting with other departments wherever necessary

Shifts are on the rota basis, including weekends
