It's an exciting time to be joining the cruise industry as our beautiful fleet are now back into service and sailing around the world with our guests.

We are now strengthening our Head Office team with a
Head of Customer Experience, based in our Ipswich Head Offices.


Reporting to our CEO you will focus on delivering the Customer Experience vision, leading and inspiring internal and external teams to deliver a cruise experience that will drive brand preference and growth, including exceptional level if customer service, maximising operational efficiencies and embedding a proactive asset management strategy.

The Head of Customer Experience will be responsible for the cruise customer ensuring that the business delivers against its proposition, mission and vision.

This is a permanent full time position working 35 hours per a week on a hybrid work pattern.
