Call Centre Team Leader - Nights team
The Role
Shift times are either 6pm-6am or 8pm-8am
Shift patterns:
Week 1: 4on, 3off
Week 2: 3on, 1off, 3on
Week 3: 3off, 4 on
Week 4: 7 days off
What we're looking for
- Experience in a leadership position, ideally within a call centre but will consider other areas
- Working closely and building strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Able to motivate a team
- Customer centric
- Acting as an escalation point for team members on the floor when support is required
