OTE £80K+

The Person:

Experienced Temp or Perm Recruitment Consultant looking to work as a 360recruitment consultant
Open on sector but an interest in Marketing & Comms
Track record of sales/achievement
Consultative and collaborative approach
Ambitious and selfmotivated, driven to succeed in recruitment
Excellent communication skills, ability to listen and team approach
Confident and professional approach

The Role:

Working as part of a successful Marketing& Communications team.
Opportunities on the Temp or Perm team
Working into the FMCG, Ecommerce and Manufacturing sectors
Working on salaries up to £120k
Ability to proactively build long term relationships within the market
Will be responsible for completing a 360 role
Will be given all the tools and training to support this
Working in a collaborative environment as a team player
