Currently looking for experienced Co-ordinators to join our team.

With a working knowledge of Care Co-ordination, Domiciliary care and the care industry in general, youll provide support to the branch staff and carers out in the field.


Beech Tree Total Care is a long standing family run company, providing Domiciliary care through our Care branches, located across Kent and Sussex.

We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding levels of care to our many clients within their local communities, and in nurturing our staff to reach their full potential.

Our amazing team is currently looking to recruit a Care Co-ordinator, the role is a full time position.


For these roles you must have prior experience of Community Care, Care Co-ordination and a working knowledge of the care industry.


Responsibilities/Duties:

Co-ordinators will be allocating calls, processing new referrals and changes to clients care and support plans
:

Work with the office team to maintain up to date electronic/hand written records
:

-
Carry out client reviews on site and by phone
:

-
To carry out spot checks and supervisions, and assist the other co-ordinators with aspects of their role
:

Updating of care plans and providing support to the Care Teams.

About You:

-
Must be hardworking, conscientious, and be able to demonstrate working knowledge of the care sector
:

Remain calm under pressure and have a caring nature
:

Willing to participate in work based training
:

-
Previous Care Co-ordination experience including on call duties:

-
Able to work on your own and as part of a supportive team, and use your own initiative.

You must have previous experience of Care Co-ordination.

Access to your own vehicle and a full UK driving licence are essential, and you must be over 18 to apply.

You will also need to have the Right to Work in the UK.

NVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care will be required, and you will be expected to cover the on
- call phone as part of the general office team.

You must hold a current DBS certificate or be willing to undergo a full Disclosure and Barring Service process.
