We are a focused, safe and cost effective business aimed at supporting all major clients and contractors with maintenance and turnarounds at all facilities within the UK.

We are looking for a Health, Safety and Environmental Officer/Advisor to join our growing team.


Key Accountabilities:

  • Adhering to both company and site procedures and policies.
  • Be involved in and coordinate audits and meetings.
  • Liaise with staff and contractors to ensure health and safety information, training and procedure are effectively communicated, maintained and implemented.
  • Have overall responsibility for company health and safety and ensure compliance with legislation.
  • Maintain internal safety documentation.
  • Reviewing all risk assessments and policies where appropriate to ensure they are communicated to colleagues.
  • Carrying out regular H&S inspections and audits.
  • To ensure continuous improvement in H&S performance by promoting a positive safety culture.
  • To deliver toolbox talks as and when required.
  • To act as safety advisor on Site shutdown periods when required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • CCNSG safety passport (Essential)
  • NEBOSH National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety (Essential)
  • Fundamental knowledge of Health & Safety legislation.
  • Previous mechanical engineering experience or experience working in the oil and gas industry would be advantageous but not essential.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a health and safety position.
  • Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Packages.


This position is office based in Immingham, Lincolnshire but must be prepared to carry out site visits across the UK, and attend site meetings if and when required.

Working Hours to be discussed and confirmed. This position has the potential to be flexible between part-time and full-time.
