Founded in the 1940s, Stuarts has gone from the humble beginnings of transporting cattle in a second-hand Dodge, to a thriving multi-service family business and is now the only main Volvo Truck dealership in the region.
We are now looking for a Service Productivity Supervisor to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, 7.30am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.

As a Service Productivity Supervisor, you will ensure that all WIP (Work In Progress) is completed within the given timeframe and to the appropriate high standards.
Supporting the Workshop Controller and the Claims Manager, you will make sure outstanding work is completed and all jobs are processed and finished in a timely manner.
Specifically, you will be involved with warranty, Contract and retail invoicing, quoting processes, production and efficiency management, and WIP management.
Additionally, you will deal with job pack queries, maintain and improve processes to ensure we are running a productive and efficient workshop and support a team-focused culture.
To be considered as a Service Productivity Supervisor, you will need:
- A background in the motor trade
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong IT skills and an understanding of Microsoft systems including Excel
