Platinum are currently seeking a Sales and Relationship Executive to provide an effective and efficient sales and relationship management service to current and future clients of the business.

The role will be part of a team based at the Head office in Bournemouth.


The role


You will be responsible for nurturing authentic relationships with our prospects to support and guide them through a smooth, flexible and bespoke customer journey from enquiry, ultimately, to conversion to a Franchise Partner.


A true advocate, you will showcase the business model and demonstrate the highest levels of support and value available from our franchise model.


Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for the relationship management of the customer journey through the Partner Recruitment process funnel from initial enquiry, follow up calls and all key stages to ultimately become a Franchise Partner.
  • During this process, you will have expert support from Partner Recruitment Mentors, coaches, thirdparty Power team members and others in the team and network and will be skilled at identifying which resources to use to best meet the needs of the prospect to continue them along the journey.
  • You will ensure that all incoming sales inquiries receive a timely response and that they are recorded correctly on our CRM system.
  • You will have an integral role in developing customer relationships while representing PPP. This will involve seeking out and attending external events such as Discovery Days, networking events and property exhibitions in order to generate leads and promote the company's services to develop new and existing business opportunities. You will also be confident at present at key events & meetings.
  • You will support and guide the prospects through the due diligence process and assist them to understand the Franchise Agreement.
  • You will use systems to identify lead quality as well as being proactive in conducting market research and evaluate customer needs to identifying areas and opportunities for new lead generation and actively seek out new sales opportunities.
  • You will manage the agenda, attendance and running of Discovery Webinars and Days, evaluating and implementing content & structure improvements where necessary.
  • By monitoring and reviewing the sales pipeline tracking reports, you will identify any bottlenecks and opportunities to progress prospects along the funnel in a bespoke manner.
  • You will become an expert on our product, business model and be able to clearly communicate the service and value that are offered a true champion and advocate of the business.
  • By continuously and appropriately liaising with prospects and leads during their journey, you will ensure that we meet or exceed their expectations.
  • You will also be responsible for processing and managing customer communication, especially to our pipeline, ensuring that we deliver elegant, engaging and relevant communications on time and to specified SLAs.
  • You will report directly to the Managing Director and keep them frequently updated on recruitment results, individual lead strategies & pipeline information using the data.
  • By remaining close to our prospects, you will gather feedback and spot trends to be able to share with the team and ensure collaboration across all departments to achieve great results.

What you bring to the role:

  • Experience in sales (face to face and by phone) with KPI's and targets
  • Understanding and experience of franchise, property or financial industry
  • Experience of developing sales pitches and product offerings across various markets
  • Ability to build rapport and deliver excellent customer service
  • Good level of computer literacy, including databases, records system or an enquiry management system, Microsoft Office
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation skills
  • Results orientated with a professional and ethical approach to sales
  • Innovative and proactive to find solutions and use initiative
  • Confident and resilient with a strong work ethic
