    As a Business Development Representative, you will identify, qualify, and book new business opportunities with health and safety professionals in the North American market.

    Due to time-zone differences, your working hours will range from 11am-7pm, 12pm-8pm, with 9am-5pm on Fridays.

    You will offer business-critical software to ensure compliance is met within the workplace, looking to win contracts that can exceed £150k.

    Progression is highly encouraged within our company, and we prefer to promote from within. Potential growth opportunities include Senior BDR, Account Executive, or other roles.

    First 6 months

    • Start to consistently meet or exceed your targets each week/month.
    • Share your opinions and insights with sales leadership - you'll be the one speaking with future customers all day.
    • Begin to learn and understand the full sales process.
    • Further develop a relationship with more senior sales colleagues to gain an understanding of the potential next step in your career.
