    The project as part of the CBE team involves being a brand ambassador to ensure consistency, quality, and implementation of all Window and Store environments in your area.

    • Support the CBE Manager in developing VM tools, processes, and delivering on all projects while creating seasonal VM guidelines.
    • Travel to and remotely support stores to ensure products are displayed according to brand standards and guidelines.
    • Develop strong partnerships with Area Managers and store teams.
    • Be a role model in-store for the CBE department, demonstrating passion and enthusiasm.
    • Work with area/store managers to select and display key products.
    • Facilitate visual merchandising trainings for store teams.
    • Maintain store environment to luxury retail standards, ensuring excellent lighting, window props, and furniture conditions.

    Requirements

    Required skills:

    • Excellent English written and spoken skills.
    • At least 3 years of experience in the field.
    • Availability to travel.
    • Visual merchandising experience within a luxury brand.
    • Creative background with awareness of current trends in fashion retail and technology.
    • Knowledge of MS Office and Adobe Suite programs.
