Job Introduction

We are recruiting for a Receptionist to join the Rapport team.

This is the ideal role for someone who has an incredible ability to spark immediate Rapport with the guests arriving to the client floor.

You will be an integral part of a highly professional team focused on delivering outstanding service and memorable experiences.

This role is working within a small and friendly team providing reception services on the client floor. If you are warm, energetic and have a real passion for Guest Services, you could be the one we are looking for

Main Responsibilities

Acknowledging and treating all guests and customers in a polite and professional manner.
Delivering professional highquality service.
Working efficiently and effectively in order to deliver prompt and reliable service.
Anticipating the needs of both customers of the buildings and the visitors.
To ensure an effective and flexible approach at all times.

I am flexible and am comfortable with swift changes in the day-to-day operations.

I have a positive can-do attitude and am happy to work on my own as well as in a Team.

I take responsibility for my actions, and contribution to the team.
