Role and Responsibilities:
As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting students with additional learning needs


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing oneonone or group support to students with learning difficulties or disabilities.
  • Collaborating with teaching staff to implement individualized learning plans.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere for all students.
  • Offering assistance with academic tasks, organization, and time management.
  • Monitoring and reporting student progress to the relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Previous experience in a similar role or a genuine interest in supporting students.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Basic understanding of various learning needs and strategies.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the evolving needs of students.
  • Enhanced DBS
