Due to significant reinvestment for growth, they wish to recruit a Head of Sales to drive growth in new and existing clients within the UK and Europe.
This is a senior role for an experienced sales leader who remains hands on in terms of strategic business developement.
You will enjoy an analytical approach, dissecting the market, mapping prospective clients and linking trends across sectors to identify commercial opportunities.
The organisation takes a long-term view and will equip you with the tools, autonomy and time to implement your preferred model of operating and build the team around you in the medium term.
You will have 3-4 years experience of managing a small sales team within the healthcare sector, be on an upward career trajectory and seeking a logical and progressive next step in your career.
