Tastily are looking to grow its TALENTED kitchen team With a huge growth, we are adding to our creative team of chefs to help in the production of healthy, delicious, pre-made meals that are delivered weekly to our customers (basically like the end product of HelloFresh/Gousto but without the hassle of having to cook).

We are looking for chefs who are passionate about food and produce. Who can consistently deliver excellent cuisine.

Main Responsibilities:

• To liaises with the Senior Chef/Production Team to develop and enhance all food operations.
• Assist with development of menus.
• Ensure that the highest of standards of food quality, "service" and cleanliness are achieved
• Take care, of daily food preparation and duties assigned by the Senior Chef/Production Team to meet the standard and the quality of food.
• Follow the instructions and recommendations from the Senior Chef/Production Team to complete the daily tasks.
• Ensure minimum kitchen wastage.
• Awareness of recipes and methods of production.
• Ensure that production, preparation and presentation of food are of the highest quality.
• The ability to follow instruction and work on your own initiative
• Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and work to the EHO guidelines
• Keeling records including temperature charts, checking deliveries etc.

• Attention to detail, with ability to follow high standards
• Experience filling out admin is an advantage
• Production experience is a bonus
• Minimum Level 2 Food Hygiene
