Description

To provide confidential secretarial and administrative support to a Trust Director, including administering a number of key meetings which are chaired by Directors.


  • To provide comprehensive, efficient and effective support to the Trust Director.
  • To manage the secretarial and administrative workload of the Trust Director using initiative, knowledge and discretion, ensuring that multiple deadlines and priorities are met.
  • To manage the flow of information in and out of the office of the Trust Director.
  • To manage the work programmes of the Trust Director.
  • To work independently, undertaking duties on behalf of the Trust Director without referral, within agreed parameters.
  • To provide cover for other personal assistants during periods of absence.
  • To work at all times to project a positive image of the Trust and to enhance its reputation both locally and nationally.
