We are recruitng for an Export Sales Administrator to join a global luxury lighting manufacturer, that works with leading interior designers on the industries finest and most exclusive projects
You will support the Export Sales Manager with customer enquiries, processing orders and customer service.
You will be working in a fast paced commercial environment alongside various departments and the opportunity to continue developing within the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on incoming sales enquiries and liaise with new leads, customers, agents, distributors
- Process and follow up with quotes and proformas
- Liaise with agents on customer orders, samples, brochures
- Ensure the information on the CRM system is regularly updated
Experience/Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years experience of administrative sales support
- Fluency in a European language
- French or Italian or Spanish
- Great interpersonal skills, verbal communication and phone etiquette
- Great project and work management skills
- Self motivated to solve problems and provide solutions
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
£30,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus scheme
Work Location:
Hybrid remote in London
