About the role:

You will actively contribute to this by recruiting the best talent for Auto Trader and enabling existing colleagues to develop their careers through our internal job opportunities.

You'll be managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns in close collaboration with hiring managers across different areas of our business.

The roles you will recruit for will range from apprentices to experienced hires that will require direct search campaigns utilising tools such as LinkedIn or Hackajob.

As a great relationship builder and coach, you will partner with hiring managers to support them throughout the campaign, from planning, attraction, selection to onboarding.

What we're looking for:

Experience in an endtoend inhouse recruitment role, working on a high volume of varied roles.
Proven success in direct sourcing using a range of tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong focus on diversity and inclusion and providing a brilliant customer experience
Experience in designing and facilitating assessments
A curious approach, which enables you to keep up to date with market data, trends, and the recruitment landscape.
Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to partner with internal and external stakeholders to execute recruitment campaigns.

In this role you will recruit talent for our Manchester, London and Hemel Hempstead office.

We love collaborating in person so you will therefore need to be happy to travel to London and Hemel around once or twice a month.

We are open to welcoming either an Advisor or Senior Advisor to the team and are offering a salary between £30,000 - £45,000, dependant on experience.

On top of this will receive a flexible benefits package to support your health and well-being.

You'll have 28 days holiday per year, and that's in addition to bank holidays and half day closures on Christmas and New Year's Eve.
