What the job involves
We're looking for a Products Executive to join our Events and Community Fundraising team.

As a team we're dedicated to raising funds for Prostate Cancer UK through an array of owned products, activities and events, in addition to third-party challenges.

As a Products Executive you'll be responsible for a significant programme of events for the charity, including the day to day management of The Big Golf Race and The Month Series, a series of virtual running, walking and cycling challenges, focused on specific months throughout the year.

This will also be alongside more traditional Community fundraising activities.

Both The Month Series and The Big Golf Race have been thriving over the past two years and generating a significant income.

We have big ambitions over the coming year to innovate, so we continue to generate high levels of income and provide our supporters with different and new opportunities for supporting Prostate Cancer UK and our work.

As a key member of project teams, you will take on a leadership role to achieve agreed KPIs.

This will involve building supporter communications, developing marketing plans, setting budgets, taking charge of participant recruitment, and ensuring that our supporters have the best possible experience.

Working across teams in Communications, you'll ensure that we make the most of every opportunity, from promoting The Month Series and The Big Golf Race to warm and new audiences, identifying and building relationships with the strongest case studies, and ensuring a high proportion of participants continue to support us after completing their challenge.

What we want from you
You'll have excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire for our cause. Strong organisational skills will be combined with the ability to prioritise a busy workload and work to tight deadlines.

Supporters are vital to our work and it's crucial to show your ability to create outstanding supporter experiences and bring virtual events to life.

Your success in delivering for our supporters will be essential to our mission.

Join us and be part of an inspiring team that's making a real impact in raising awareness and funds for the charity.

Why work with us?
Prostate Cancer UK is the largest men's health charity in the UK.

We have a simple ambition - to stop prostate cancer damaging lives through funding research and supporting men and their families.

We invest millions into research to find better ways to diagnose and treat prostate cancer; we work tirelessly to spread the word about men at risk and offer specialist support to people living with the disease.

Work with us and you'll see your efforts pay off as we fight for a better future for men.

What we offer
Join our team and be part of an award-winning charity. We will support you to develop your skills and expertise.

We offer a competitive benefits package, including:

  • Generous leave entitlements which increase with service
  • Enhanced contributory pension scheme
  • Life insurance and group income protection
  • Health Cash Plan
  • Discounted gym membership and high street shopping discounts
  • Loans for season tickets or cycles
  • Advice and support on pretty much anything via our Employee Assistance Programme
  • One 'development day' per month to help training or personal development.

Hybrid working
Our aim is to be a flexible workplace. We want people to be successful, confident, informed, connected to their colleagues and develop in their roles. We usually work from home, with some time each month spent in our London Bridge office.

Office time is usually to collaborate with colleagues (this is a commute, so we pay our own travel costs to the office).

The frequency may vary over the year and is dependent on the needs of the role and the organisation. Space is also available for employees that wish to use the office on a more regular basis.

Our commitment
Our teams, supporters, partners, and those living with prostate cancer, come from all walks of life.

We draw upon the difference in who we are, what we've experienced and how we think to build a future where lives are not limited by prostate cancer.

Not only is it the right thing to do, it makes us stronger and helps us reach more people. If you share our ambition we would love to hear from you.
