Intercounty Estate Agents are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer to join the Great Dunmow team.


As a residential Senior Sales Negotiator you will be a point of contact for venfors and buyers completing their resdential sales transaction.

You will be responsible for regular communication with clients, negotiating offers between the vendor and the buyer and delivering exceptional customer service both face to face and over the phone.


This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Negotiator to take a step up on your career ladder or for a Senior Negotiator to take the next step into Valuing.


As a Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer working for Intercounty you will receive:

  • Pay of £35,000 to £45,000 OTE (depending on experience)

In the role of a

Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer

you will:


  • Ensuring compliance by adhering to company standards and current legislation
  • Securing maximum quality viewings, valuations/instructions, financial services appointments and leads
  • Undertaking canvassing of local properties and accompanied viewings
  • Coach the other negotiators in the office
  • Work alongside the Sales Progressor & be responsible for the office in the Branch Managers absence

  • Posses strong negotiation skills with a passion for sales
  • Hold a valid full Driving Licence and have access to your own Vehicle
