The Role:


Working for a highly successful B2B technical consultancy business, my client provides global organizations with digital solutions within the automotive, aerospace, and construction industries.


Reporting into the Commercial Director and working alongside the Tech and Sales teams, this is an extremely exciting time to join the business as our client increases their digital footprint and develops the previous value-led selling model into a digital-first model.

You will have a great deal of autonomy working with cleansed data ready to support the wider Digital Marketing Function.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage and implement automated marketing campaigns through the company's Salesforce CRM system.
  • Implement CRM projects to support achieving growth goals for the company.
  • Make informed decisions and interventions using data, analytics, and other tools.
  • Confidently report back to senior members to suggest intervention methods and changes, allowing informed decisions and supporting growth strategies.
  • Gather data on competitors and target customers' wants and needs.
  • Create dashboards that report back on ROI/Success of campaigns and findings.
  • Use existing customer data to expand the footprint within the existing base.
  • Act as a liaison between the Tech and Sales Teams to identify consumer segments to be targeted for campaigns.
  • Support content marketing with content creation and distribution.
  • Undertake other duties and responsibilities to support the team, including attending events.

Experience & Qualifications (Desired, not necessarily required):

  • A degree or equivalent in marketing/minimum of 3 years' experience in a related role, preferably within a B2B technology-led business.
  • Experience using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, HubSpot, Monday, Intercom is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills, including A/B testing and data segmentation.
  • Knowledge of automation and campaign monitoring platforms (Salesforce).
  • Experience with CMS platforms, particularly WordPress and WebFlow.
