We partner closely with prospective & current customers to help them realize the business value of transforming their approach to people success with solutions that drive adoption and positive business outcomes.


In this role, you will be a trusted pre-sales partner and advisor to our Go-to-Market (GTM) team based in EMEA.


You are motivated by working closely with Sales & Account Management teams to help drive revenue growth in support of the company's business objectives.

You are collaborative and enjoy building partnerships with teams (GTM Enablement, Product Marketing, EPD, Customer Success) across the organization in support of successful customer outcomes, product decisions and innovation, and the achievement of company growth goals.


What You Will Do:


  • You will conduct presales technical discovery meetings, support Executive presentations, and deliver outcomefocused Lattice product demos in partnership with the EMEA Sales team to prospects and customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • You will actively participate in the RFP process with the Sales team to ensure alignment of solution scope/fit for the customer.
  • You will track product feature requests presales and collaborate with the Product (EPD) team on a quarterly basis to align market feedback with future product innovation.
  • You will ensure the proper solution scope is built into plans for successful implementations in partnership with our Customer Onboarding team.
  • You will help write the playbook to scale our International team within the Solution Consulting organization as our first International Solutions Consultant.

What You Will Bring to the Table:

  • 5+ years of progressive, professional experience in a customerfacing presales role responsible for outcomefocused product demonstrations, technical discussions, and solutions mapping in a solutions consulting, sales engineering, or solutions engineering capacity.
  • Ability to simplify complex business processes and technical challenges for a variety of audiences everyone from technical stakeholders to HR & executive leaders in order to illustrate positive business outcomes achieved through the proposed solution.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering strategic, engaging, and impactful product demonstrations focused on value and outcomes for a wide range of organizations and buyer groups.
  • Impeccable organization and prioritization skills to accommodate multiple Sales partners and concurrent prospective customer evaluations.
  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills and the ability to work across all internal teams.
  • Creativity in how you approach the role, including storytelling in product demonstrations.
  • Selfstarter who is selfmotivated to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions in ambiguous situations.
  • Ability to balance sharp focus on measurable revenue outcomes with deep and genuine empathy for colleagues, customers, and the business.
  • Prior experience in HR technology working with People Ops and HR teams
  • Prior experience working at a fastgrowth USbased startup
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
