As a Service & Installation Planner, your primary mission will be to ensure the smooth scheduling and coordination of service and installation jobs.
You will collaborate closely with engineers, clients, and suppliers, working in tandem with our Warehouse Manager to guarantee job readiness.
Your exceptional organizational skills will be put to use as you manage health and safety risk assessments, invoices, and handover documentation.
Flexibility and adaptability will be your allies in this dynamic role.Key Responsibilities:
- Job Planning: Take charge of our scheduling system, ensuring efficient allocation of jobs.
- Liaison: Foster effective communication with clients, suppliers, and our dedicated engineers.
- Resource Management: Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to ensure timely availability of necessary parts.
- Safety: Oversee the preparation of health and safety risk assessments and method statements.
- Administration: Process job reports and invoices promptly and accurately.
- Documentation: Manage the issuance of handover documentation.
- Support: Be ready to lend a hand with other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in call scheduling/planning for engineers is essential.
- HVAC/Renewables familiarity is a strong advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Excellent multitasking and attention to detail are essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft packages and databases.
