Summary
Providing and efficient and effective administration support service for the supply management team.


General duties to include

  • End to end administration of customer purchase orders
  • Receipt of material purchases
  • Inspection of receive goods
  • Inventory control (including cyclecounting), ensuring adequate materials are available to maintain production output
  • Order picking, collation and shipping
  • Booking collections with carriers
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities
  • Maintain good housekeeping of work area

Key Skills and Experience

  • Previous administration skills
  • Knowledge of logistics and shipping preferred
  • Good understanding of ERP systems
  • IT literacy
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Organised and methodical with good time management
