This a great opportunity with an exceptional practice who provide an outstanding IP service to an array of global clients, varied in both size, specialism and sector.

We would like to hear from you if you are a seasoned renewals expert who can be flexibly based in their contemporary London office.

It's key that you enjoy teamwork, are a strong communicator, adept with electronic records and billing systems, especially Inprotech and essentially, have a strong background in the broader aspects of IP right renewals.

The renewals department are a small yet thriving collegiate team who work cohesively to ensure that all communications coming under their remit are handled in the most efficient and professional manner.

A snapshot of the IP Renewals Specialist tasks include; checking reminders from a multitude of IP offices worldwide, sending out reminders to clients, obtaining cost estimates, creating invoices and instructing global agents.

You will also impart your renewals knowledge and advice to other departments and clients as and when required.
